We’re thrilled give you another chance to attend the 'Sold Out' beginners crochet evening hosted by the incredibly talented Hanmade Devon! The first one was such a success and became quickly fully booked we've decided to do more. So what's happening on the 22nd October? Beginner’s Crochet Workshop – Learn the Basics + Take Home a Kit! Ever wanted to learn how to crochet but didn’t know where to start? This relaxed and friendly workshop is perfect for absolute beginners! Whether you’ve never picked up a hook before or just need a confidence boost with the basics, you’ll be guided through your first stitches step by step. In this workshop, you’ll learn: How to hold the yarn and hook comfortably. How to create a slip knot and chain stitch. Basic stitches such as double crochet and treble crochet (UK terms). How to read a simple pattern and understand common crochet terms. By the end of the session, you’ll have the skills to start your own small project – such as a coaster, dishcloth, or the beginning of a granny square! Each participant receives a take-home crochet kit. Small group size – only 8 spaces available to ensure everyone gets individual attention and support throughout the session. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. Come along, learn a relaxing new skill, and leave with a handmade start and the tools to keep going at home. Light refreshments and nibbles provided. A Yellow Umbrella Gifts goodie bag for each participant. Perfect for a mindful evening or creative catch-up with friends. We can't wait to see you!
