Service Description
Craft De-Stash Event – Terms & Conditions 1. General Information Venue Facilities: Toilets and free WiFi are available on-site. Food and drinks can be purchased at the Golf Clubhouse. Each Vendor will receive a drinks voucher redeemable toward a drink of their choice. Parking: Parking is free and ample. Vendors must offload items and then park in the overflow car park so customer spaces remain available. Signs will be up. 2. Tables and Setup Tables are not provided. Vendors must bring their own. Setup time: From 7:45am. All tables must be set up and ready before 10:00am when customers arrive. No packing away before 4:30 and the venue must be clear by 6pm. Display Standards: Surplus craft supplies must be neatly packaged and clearly priced for easy browsing. Tables must be displayed tidily. Fabric may be stored in boxes if prices are clearly marked, and customers are welcome to rummage. 3. Payments Card Machines: While cash is accepted, card machines are strongly encouraged as they increase sales. Vendors who need assistance choosing a mobile-friendly card machine can request details from the Organiser. 4. Sale of Goods Permitted Items include (but are not limited to): Surplus supplies with at least 75% remaining if used. Craft supplies of any kind. Paper/card stock. Wool, yarn, cord. Sewing supplies. Tools and equipment. Fabric and textiles. Baking equipment. Jewellery-making and beadwork items. Electrical craft items in working order (see Section 5). Finished products or kits, provided they are discounted by 50–75%. If unsure whether your items are acceptable, please email the Organiser in advance. 5. Electrical Items Electrical crafting items may be sold if in good working condition. Vendors are advised to record a video of the item working, which can be shown to potential buyers. Important: Electrical items cannot be plugged in or tested on-site due to insurance restrictions. 6. Vendor Responsibilities All items must be clearly priced to reflect their condition and value. Vendors are responsible for their own goods, money handling, and card transactions. The Organiser accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 7. Additional Notes This is a de-stash event intended for the sale of surplus craft supplies and discounted items. It is not a full-price craft fair. Please keep items clear of the walkways and be mindful of your own health and safety.






Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and to cover the cost of materials and preparation, please review our cancellation policy below: Please note that all workshop bookings are non-refundable. Due to the cost of materials, preparation time, and limited spaces, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. To do so, you must request and receive permission from the venue or organizer in advance. This ensures a smooth check-in process and helps us prepare accordingly. Cancellations by Organizer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop (due to illness, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Permissions to transfer your spot to another participant with permissions can be done via email.
